Earpiece ℅ Sudio
I had my new Sudio earpiece on and it played every beat sharp and clear. I love the bass on it, almost forcing me to bop my head and groove to the beat. It fits me perfect and I love the clean design of my Sudio earpiece. With my new earpiece on and music jamming in my ears, I went for lunch. Some days making a decision as simple as lunch can be difficult but on days like that, I always go for the traditional local delights. It has been quite some time since I last had it and I had no idea where to start.
I got greedy and ordered many dishes at once. Prawn noodles are one of my favourite local food and so I ordered two variations of it, the soup and dry. The soup is much more Herby than the typical prawn noodle soup you can find and its traditional flavours date back to the 1960s. The dry variation was really good too, the chilli was packed with flavour.
Next for the dessert, we had a bowl grass jelly and glutinous balls stuffed with sesame (known as ah balling).
In the evening, we headed to Singapore's biggest Hari Raya flea market where we had pandan churros with gula melaka sauce, hydrogen ice cream, coconut ice cream and huge deep fried squid and to top it all a nice cheesy chicken kebab.
