Wholemeal bread recipe

Napkin c/o UnOriginalAmericain

Napkins are a great way to brighten up your dish and serve things up. UnOriginalAmericain napkins are available in classic stripes, vintage prints and are of high quality. Their napkins are durable and be a great companion for many years.

The recipe below is for wholemeal breads and it goes well with fruits, butter and cream. Have fun baking!

Duration : 2.5 hours (make 750g loaf)

Ingredients:
310ml water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
420g wholemeal  bread flour
1 tsp easy blend dried yeast
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar together in a large bowl.
Add water, combine and mix. Knead dough for 15 to 20 minutes.
Coat the kneaded dough in vegetable oil, cover with food wrap and leave to rest for 60 minutes or when doubled in size.

Split the dough into the desired pieces. Allow it to rest and rise for 30 to 45 minutes
Bake it at 180 degree celsius in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Enjoy!
